To issue a reservation we collect the itinerary details, the lead passenger name, and the email you provide at checkout. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

We use your details only to create and deliver your reservation and invoice, and to let you retrieve them later with your reference and email. We do not sell your data.

Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to support lookups, refunds, and legal obligations.
