Refund Policy

Every document format, every export format, and no limit on how many documents you make — all free, with no account. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. Try the thing you actually need before you consider paying for anything.

The paid tier adds AI drafting and a saved-document library. Cancel at any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not bill again after a cancellation. If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, we refund it in full.

If AI drafting or the saved library is unavailable for a meaningful part of your billing period, email us and we will refund that period. The free generator is the product that has to work; the paid tier is an add-on that either earns its price or does not.

FlyProof does not book flights and does not issue tickets or reservations, so it cannot refund one. If a visa application, border check or airline required a real booked ticket, that is a requirement a generated document was never able to meet, and no refund from us changes that outcome. The country pages say which rules those are before you rely on a document rather than after.
