FlyProof is a document generator. You type your trip details and it lays them out as a printable itinerary, e-ticket receipt, expense claim or onward-travel sheet. It books nothing, holds no inventory, is not connected to any airline or reservation system, and never invents a booking reference or PNR.

A document FlyProof produces is your own statement of a trip. It is not a ticket, not a reservation, and not an airline-issued record. Nothing it prints can be looked up on an airline’s system, because no airline was involved in producing it.

Every fact on a generated document comes from what you entered. We compute derived values — distances, block times, arrival times in the destination’s timezone — from bundled open reference data, and those are modelled figures for planning rather than a timetable. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you type and for how you use the result.

You may not present a generated document as a confirmed ticket, an issued reservation or an airline-issued record, use one to attempt to board an aircraft, or use one to deceive any person or authority about travel you have not arranged. The Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

Visa and border requirements vary by country, nationality, visa class, airline and route, and are set by authorities we do not control. Where a rule genuinely calls for a booked ticket or a reservation, a self-prepared document does not satisfy it. Nothing on this site is legal or immigration advice.

The generator is free and needs no account: every document format, every export format, and no limit on how many you make. An optional paid tier adds AI drafting and a saved-document library and requires an account. Where a paid tier is on sale, payment is processed by Stripe and the price is shown before checkout.
